Fling Wings
Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

Fling Wings is a slingshot game made for kids. We built it so that it collects nothing about the people who play it. This page explains exactly what that means.

What we collect

Nothing. Fling Wings does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. It has no accounts or sign-ins, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind, and it never sends anything to us or to anyone else. (The only things that go online are handled by Apple: purchases, and the optional iCloud copy of your progress described below.)

What stays on your device

The game remembers your progress (levels, stars, lives and settings such as sound) on your own device, so you can pick up where you left off. If the device is signed in to iCloud, the iPhone and iPad app also keeps a copy of this progress in the player's own iCloud account, so it survives deleting and reinstalling the app or moving to a new device. That copy is stored by Apple in your iCloud account; we can't see or access it. Without iCloud, everything works the same and the progress stays on the device only.

Purchases

Fling Wings is free to play. The optional "Unlimited Lives" purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, Apple Account, payment details or any other personal information; Apple only tells the game whether the purchase was made, so it can turn on unlimited lives. Before the purchase screen opens, the game asks a grown-up to answer a quick math question.

Children's privacy

Because Fling Wings is made for children, we designed it to follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws in other countries by not collecting any personal information from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
